Shesensu Teacher Training

This course is made to inspire you, to get out there and change people's lives with movement and fitness. You can make a difference! You can do a job you love and feel amazing while you do it. We're in a time where people are moving less, have physical and mental health problems and are lacking in connection with themselves. I've created Shesensu to bring liberation to people's body's and minds through movement. Movement is medicine, it heals and changes people. This is a course for you to become a Shesensu teacher.
