I first visited Kusadasi back in 2014 whilst working on a cruise. I really enjoyed the laid back, fun nature of this town, the beautiful sea and the hospitality of the locals. Kusadasi is a beach resort town on Turkeys Western Aegean Coast. It's a major cruise destination and a jumping off point for the nearby ruins of Ephesus. It's seafront promenade, marina and harbor are lined with hotels, restaurants and shops. Just offshore is Pigeon Island with the Byzantine Castle.
Accommodation- 7 Nights at the 5* Charisma Hotel
Classes - Everyday 3 classes. Classes on the timetable include Yoga, Belly Dance, Pilates, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Meditation, Barre, Body Sculpt & More! You do the classes you want!
Instructors- Tara Lee Oakley & Natasha Knight...a combined 40+ years of experience in wellness!
Prices-*** £695 Single Room ***£495 Shared. Price includes accommodation with Half Board (breakfast & Lunch) classes and transfer.
Flights- Approx £150 with Pegasus not including checked in baggage. Return from Stanstead to Izmir
Covid Restrictions/ Refunds- If there is any lockdown or travel restrictions in Turkey or UK the hotel is able to offer a full refund with one month cancellation notice, 50% with 2 weeks notice. However in regards to your flight ticket you will need to have a good travel insurance.
Partners- You can bring a partner along we can offer a reduction depending on whether they take part in classes or not.

Before each retreat Tara does vigorous research on finding you the perfect accommodation for each holiday. Each location is visited by Tara herself before each retreat, ensuring it is suitable. Accommodation is included in the package retreat price and ALL the main classes take part in the hotel/holiday complex itself. T The classes are all seconds from your room.

3. The Best Fitness and Health Instructors
Tara is a fitness expert with over 20 years of knowledge. Along with Tara, depending on the size of each trip, you will have between 1-3 speciallychosen, experienced instructors with you for the duration of the trip. Every trainer is at the top of their industry and knows how to get you moving. They are ALWAYS there for all your needs and questions. They will motivate you, inspire you and no matter your level of fitness and health, you will feel included and pushed in the classes and activities, You will love them.

Unlike a lot of retreats that only concentrate on a single fitness discipline, one of the best things about our retreats, is just how varied our classes and activities are. Each day you will be participating in different fitness and wellness activities, which help in different ways: improving flexibility, toning muscles, shedding fat and relaxation for both mind and body.
Classes that we offer on trips include Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Aqua Fitness, Zumba, dance (including belly-dance), meditation classes, sculpt, kickboxing, aerobics and MUCH MUCH MORE .....
