In the land of the Pharaohs we had our 2018 retreat.
With the Red Sea at our feet, we enjoyed daily Fitness Classes, Aqua Sports, Zumba and Dance Classes and relaxing Yoga and Meditation classes.
This, added to fun social evenings out, left all the participants feeling fitter and re-energised at the end.
